ACS Home Services- Tampa Air Conditioning Repair

Mike was great in helping set up the electrical work for my generator. While the full connections was not done the work around my electrical panel look professional and clean. Mike also took the time to explain some of the functionality around what the next steps will be. ACS on the other hand is not organized, the people in the office have no idea what is going on in the field. They called me and confirmed Mike as here and that the full installation and payment were going to be due today. I was told by Mike that the generator was not getting installed today. The girl I spoke with was supposed to call me back and let me know the details and no calls. This happened around the installation date as well, need to get the back of the house in sync with what is going on with the field teams.

Evan was great! He was available to come to the house earlier than the scheduled appointment, when does that ever happen?? He arrived and got right to work. He kept us informed as he did the maintenance work and then explained what needed to be done and had all the parts in the truck to complete the work. Evan was thorough and was able to complete the work in a reasonable amount of time. So glad that we are dealing with ACS Home Services - they are the best!!

Rich did a great job with my AC unit maintenance and UV light installation. He took the time to show me how the unit looked prior to cleaning and took pictures after. He was very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend him To anyone.

Had a phenomenal experience with Tony. He was very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. My AC stopped cooling and Tony found the exact issue. He then explained what happened in a way that was easy to understand. He answered every question I had, especially when it came to understanding how cooling should work. I would highly recommend Tony.

Every individual that we dealt with was fantastic in every regard, right from the very beginning when calling for same day service and Paul showed up to determine that we needed a new AC roof unit and inside wall thermometer. A crew was here the very next day! They completed all the outside roof work that needed to be done to install the new AC unit and set up our smart wi-fi wall thermometer to my phone app as well. If we could give them more than a 5 star rating we would!

When my HVAC system quit working, I was very appreciative that ACS Home Services has 24-hour help. They sent a technician, Rich Riley, out withing a few hours. He arrived at 9:15 PM and stayed for 1.5 hours assessing the HVAC problem. Once he discovered the motor blower had died, he showed me the problem and thoroughly explained what would have to occur in order to replace it and get the system working. He was clear so that I understood. He gave great service!
