Plan B A/C

I recently used Plan B’s HVAC services , and I couldn’t be more impressed.From start to finish the entire experience was smooth, professional, and efficient. The technician arrived on time, was extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the issue with my system in simple terms. They completed the repair quickly, cleaned up afterwards and made sure everything was working perfectly before leaving. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no surprise charges. What really stood out was their attention to detail. and commitment to customer satisfaction.Also Ashlyn in the office was very polite . Highly recommend Plan B to anyone looking for reliable, honest, and high-quality HVAC service . I’ll definitely be using them again for future maintenance and repairs .

I had a different a/c company do a maintenance on my unit and they said it was working at 60% due to the coils. They suggested that because of the unit being 7 years old that I should have it replaced and they gave me an outrageous price. They also gave me 2 other options that were also outrageously priced. Anyhow I told my wife to tell them we’ll think about it. So, I wanted a second opinion, that’s when I call Plan B a/c . I had heard about them on the MJ morning show on the radio. Plan B a/c kept me informed about my appointment, they also sent me a picture of the technician that was going to show up along with a tracker. Which I think it’s a great idea. Now about the technician Keston, he did arrived on time and was very professional. I did not tell him what the other company had suggested, so Keston checked the a/c unit from top to bottom and he didn’t find anything wrong with the unit. He sent screenshots to my email of everything he had done.Only one issue was the capacitor which was not working at its full potential. Goes to show that there are some a/c companies out there that are not honest and like to take advantage of the consumer. I knew that the other company wanted to sell me a unit when mine was ok. I was relieved when Keston told me that my a/c was working fine and there was nothing wrong with it. Anyway I appreciate him being honest and I highly recommend anyone who needs a/c work. To call Plan B a/c.

Justin very professional and knowledgeable. I have heard of Plan B A/C from The MJ Morning show and I am usually skeptical about advertising unless it was word of mouth referral but their service was great and like as advertised they only recommended what is needed and no more. I will use them again and recommended them too.

Our service techs, Keston & Adam were helpful, professional & fixed the issue w/ the capacitor. Friendly & explained what they were doing as they went along. I highly recommend them.

I do not recommend this company. I called Plan B AC because my compressor went out. They charged me over $1,000 more than other quotes, promising they’d have the part 5–10 days sooner and I had 3 kids home for summer so I thought more money ment faster and more reliable service. That wasn’t true and the new part failed after just a month. It took another month of my family living in the heat and fighting with them before they came back under "warranty." Even then, they charged me an additional $600 (they originally tried to bill $2,000 more) to replace a part they did not install correctly or diagnose the additional problems with the system. To make matters worse, before completing the repair they made me sign paperwork stating I could no longer call them for any future issues with my system. Since the second repair, my AC does run, but now my air handler whistles loudly in my living room — it was completely silent before their work. Both technicians struggled to fill the Freon properly, and the second tech had to bang on my handler to get it to work and now im stuck with a whistle. This company also quoted me over $5,000 more than three other local competitors for a full system replacement. Based on my experience, Plan B AC is overpriced, unreliable, and more interested in upselling than fixing problems correctly. Now I've spent over 5k with this company because they only know how to install new units vs proper diag and repair. The Consumer Review Fairness Act (CRFA) of 2016 prevents businesses from using form contracts to stop consumers from writing honest reviews or to penalize them for doing so. It makes clauses that restrict reviews, require consumers to give up intellectual property rights in their reviews, or impose penalties for negative feedback void. The law protects reviews in any media and aims to prevent the widespread use contract terms that could suppress negative feedback.

I called plan bB AC at 8:00 this morning and they were at my house by 2:00 and my AC is up and running now at 4:00 and like brand new I couldn't have asked for a better company and helpful service. They were wonderful. I would recommend them in a heartbeat!!!! Keyston & his partner was wonderful & very helpful!!!
