Comfort All-Stars

We have been working with Comfort All Stars since we purchased our home in 2023. They have always gone above and beyond and go out of their way to make it right when something doesn’t go as planned. Technicians are extremely knowledgeable and personable; office staff is GREAT, and the owner Jack, is a good man and stands by his product and service. Just had a new AC system installed today. They gave us a couple of options to work with our budget. Looking forward to having them continue to service this new system. I wouldn’t give my business to anyone else.

Maybe since I can’t seem to get to the owner on the phone, I can get his attention here. We purchased a $16k unit from Comfort All Stars 4 to 5 years ago. We have had one issue after another and can never get a resolution until we can reach the owner. Most recently, our unit will not blow any lower than 70 degree air. They had a tech come out who did not even use a thermometer and said everything is good, that he would have a senior tech come out. Well, that tech NEVER showed. When we called the office, the lady who answered the phone said that it is perfectly normal for our AC to blow that warm as long as it’s 20 degrees lower than it is outside! That’s news to us and everyone else in the industry. We’ve always had 60 and below degree temperature is blowing out of our register until this year. Must be a new industry standard that none of us were made aware of. My air will not stop running because it never gets below what the temperature in the house is unless it’s late at night. I’m going to have $1000 power bill because Comfort All Stars doesn’t want to service their own unit. But I guess that’s not their problem. Not sure if the owner would like to contact us and address this directly so we can use the AC we’ve paid $16,000 for.

Excellent customer service on the phone and from Travis, the tech who came to do my service call today. Very informative about my problems, took time to educate me in what I have going on, the causes and possible solutions. I did not feel like he was pushing to make a sale of things I didn't need. They do a great job at keeping you informed of arrival time.

AC was not cooling; after inspection a min of $3000 was needed to repair a Rheem Unit that was not installed correctly and in bad condition. Decided to purchase a new system. David and his assistant did so in a day and cleaned up afterwards. We look forward to enjoying more healthy air.

They came the next work day after a holiday weekend and completed what we had agreed to, staying until 7. Travis was more than professional and friendly.

David Rodriguez was outstanding. I wish I had employees more like him. Thank you to comfort all stars for taking care of me, my family, and for hiring people like David Rodriguez who are professional, knowledgeable, and competent. Extremely happy with our new LG system.

My ac went out unexpectedly during the hottest part of the day! Comfort All Stars came highly recommended so I gave them a call. David, the technician was to my home with in an hour. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue and then discussed several options. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I chose to go with a new ac unit for the long term benefits. They got me on the schedule immediately and with in a day Robert and Max arrived to install the new unit. They were extremely professional and took their time to properly install the unit. Once completed they walked me through what all had been done and showed me how to use some new features. As an added bonus, the owners even stopped by to introduce themselves and make sure everything was going smoothly. I was very please with the service that I received and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for fast, reliable service.
