Our hot water heater failed and was in need of replacement. My wife and I wanted to upgrade to a tankless hot water heater and after researching we decided that we wanted to go with Navien for its stainless steel internals and long warranties. Elmar is an official Navien distributor and was an easy choice to go with. They removed the old appliance and installed the new tankless system in very short order. Working with Brian was great and super easy, extremely happy with how the projected resulted.

David was very thorough and knowledgeable. Annual service maintenance was completed in a timely fashion. He is highly recommended

David did a great job, was thorough in doing regular maintenance and cleaning of our split system. Spent 3 hours getting everything done. Cleaned up as he went made sure I was happy with everything and answered all my questions before leaving. Would highly recommend Elmar Heating & Cooling.

We purchased our Mitsubishi multi split units from Go Ductless and had our system installed by Elmar  Heating & Cooling. At first, we were a little hesitant, being this was a sizable project and a budget conscious decision for our home, but over time they made us feel completely comfortable. Anytime we had a question or concern—whether about how the system operated, why something wasn’t working, or even the cosmetic or mechanical aspects—they were quick to respond, explain, and make sure everything was resolved. They didn’t stop until we were fully satisfied. Kudos to the entire installation team at Elmar  Heating & Cooling and to Go Ductless for their professionalism and dedication.

ELMAR HEATING AND COOLING went way beyond our expectations in installing our new Mitsubishi mini split system in our cottage.They came on time as scheduled, and their installers were very competent and trustworthy. The install was meticulous, and even the manager accompanied the installers to make certain that the job was done correctly and in a timely way. The manager stayed an extra hour just to set up.the WiFi so we could control the system from our phones while traveling. I would highly recommend Elmar for an install of a mini split system because this company specializes in this type of heating and cooling. The system was installed flawlessly, and everything was working perfectly. Adam and Brad are extremely personable and do their very best in answering questions and explaining how the system works, and both are very available by phone, so no trouble getting in touch with them.I liked that Elmar is a family owned and operated company, and everyone who works there, including customer service is very caring and knowledgeable! My husband and I give them 10 stars!

Installation wasn’t as smooth and clean as would have hoped. Sloppy work but I will post photos so you can judge for yourself. Friendly staff but I’m not sure if mini split systems are the cost effective solution that it once claimed to be.

Instalation of two wall units and one outside unit. The entire process ran smoothly and I couldn't be happier with the service and my system. Brad, DaVic, and Juan were professional, efficient, and got the work done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend Elmar Heating & Cooling and will return for any service I may need.
