I’ve never experienced such great customer service from a company! Evan gave me a quote, explained everything in detail, addressed my concerns and listened to me all while being so polite and friendly. He even went into my crawl space! After four quotes they by far were the least expensive company with quality products. The day of the install both gentlemen were kind and worked very quickly. My new A/C unit works great and is super quiet! They explained what they were doing, respected our home by using drop cloths, even swept up afterwards! I’m so impressed! Thank you to the Nichols Team!
