Paul Reynolds did a great job researching my issue and proposing a solution that made sense. For my space constrained utility closet, we wouldn't be able to fit a whole home humidifier in and comfortably hit the recommended spacing. Greatly appreciate the transparency and how fast they were able to come by and take a look. I have a lot of respect for them not installing a solution that would not fix the issue reliably

I believe our tech's name was Logan. He was here to do one of our two yearly inspections on our HVAC/Furnace. A few months ago, we purchased a new Furnace & AC, the salesperson and management were excellent to deal with & we've been happy with the decision to use Precision Comfort Systems. I had a few questions about our HVAC system & Logan did a very good job answering all my questions. He was pleasant to deal with & didn't rush me as I had several questions. He explained everything very well, I think Precision Comfort should be very happy with the level of customer service Logan provides. Logan answered all my questions well, gave me all my options, but did not try to push anything on me at all. I wish all my past experiences with my furnace in years past always went this well.

Another great experience with Precision Comfort. My preventative maintenance got moved up because of a cancellation. that was great since I had forgotten to schedule it and the original appointment was going to be 2 months out. I added a removal of an old humidifier and they were able to fit in in same day at a very reasonable cost. These guys know geothermals and I am always happy with the knowledge and care these guys use in my home.

Technician provided a good overview of the system here, which included a heat pump. We recently moved in and heat did not turn on with the first 30 something morning. Gave expectations for the older system and was very easy to follow. Thanks.

AC fan motor went out unexpectedly during one of the hottest weeks we’ve had this summer. Precision made it a priority and came out right away. Had to order a new motor, but expedited a pickup when it came in and had it installed by 11:00AM. Thanks Harry, great job!

We had a complete replacement today with our AC unit and furnace. Jay and Gabe showed up at 8 am and did an amazing job with our two units. They explained what they did and why they did it and we super helpful and knowledgeable. We thank the team for taking care of us and getting us squared away! We have been customers for the last 5 years at least and have never been disappointed with the work done or the people doing the work! Thanks guys!

Johnny did a great job with our check up of the furnace and air conditioner. He knew what he was doing and was respectful. Precision Comfort scheduled our appointment with him because he has been here before and they like to send the same person each time if possible . It is nice knowing the person coming to our house and knowing that he will do a great job. Keep up the good work.
