I recently had my furnace replaced by Westland HVAC, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. John and Will were outstanding from start to finish. They arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and completed the replacement much faster than I expected. Their professionalism and knowledge were evident throughout the process—they explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was being done. What impressed me most was their attention to cleanliness and respect for my home. They left the work area spotless, which is rare and greatly appreciated. Both John and Will were courteous, kind, and hardworking, making the entire experience stress-free. They were wonderful, knowledgeable professional, kind very thorough took their time to complete every detail and worked through a very old system that we had wonderfully. Our furnace would not turn on so we called Westland and they sent their technician, Jared to our house for a diagnostic review. He was very respectful and thorough and seemed knowledgeable. Unfortunately our old furnace could not be repaired but Chris is going to contact us to discuss options. Jared seems to be an asset to your company. 2nd part of my review: Amanda has been great about coordinating my contact with Westland. Chris S. Sent us a proposal for a new furnace and it was very informative and helpful. We then chatted with Chris and he answered any questions we had. Thanks to Chris we have decided to purchase a new furnace from Westland. With the cold weather coming we can’t wait to get it installed. Very pleased with the company thus far!!!!

We had a great experience with Westland! Chris came out to replace our hot water tank. He was friendly, polite and efficient. He actually cleaned up the area he worked in when he was finished! The office was easy to work with and make a convenient appointment. They have excellent communication.

Isaac delivered excellent service. He has a superb work ethic. I would enjoy having him perform future repairs. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is not because of him. It is because of the cheap part that the previous Westland plumber installed which wasn't even his fault since it was a company provided part. A first-rate company should only use the best parts.

Booking the repair service was easy and convenient. I was able to schedule it online, I got a call to confirm and a text reminder. Christian W from Westland was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. He quickly ran diagnostics and pinpointed the faulty part on our furnace, replaced it, and now it's running like it's new just in time for the cold weather. I can't thank Christian and Westland enough. I definitely recommend and would call again.

Had a great experience with Westland Plumbing recently! Jermaine and John came out to replace five old, non-working faucets (both inside and outside) and unclog the garage floor drain. They were fantastic—always on time, worked efficiently, and were very responsive to questions. I really appreciated how clearly they explained what they were going to do, then followed through exactly as promised. The work was done well, and they cleaned up everything afterward. Overall, they did an amazing job, and I’d highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing work. Thanks, Jermaine and John!
