Absolute Comfort and Son - HVAC Contractor

Fantastic guy, fantastic company! I was recommended to Mike by another contractor that I know and trust. I did a LOT of homework and was about to sign up with a corporate company for my HVAC replacement, when I was told about local, family owned, Absolute Comfort. I'm so glad that I went with them! Mike and his team were very professional, respectful, patient with my many questions and concerns and did an amazing job! I felt like he genuinely cares about his customers, work, and employees. I will definitely be calling him again and signing up for the maintenance plan. Do yourself a favor, save the hours of time that I spent researching and just call Mike at Absolute Comfort, you'll be glad you did!

Mike and team were fantastic! My AC went out on the weekend and he came to look at it same day. Unfortunately I needed to replace the outside unit but he and his wife took care of it next day and offered financing. They’re super friendly, knowledgeable, and have a customer first approach. I would recommend him to anyone!

I can't say enough about Mike and his crew. God truly blessed us when the home warranty company sent them to us. After the initial inspection, Mike spent hours on the phone with the home warranty company, going above and beyond for us. The company only gave us $1200 for a completely new heating system which the home warranty company advertises they cover. Mike offered us financing with a low payment for a new furnace. Mike threw in 3 new thermostats. Mike really does take care of his customers. Absolute Comfort and Son is a trustworthy and customer service oriented company. We not only have a new, safe, and quality heating system, we have new friends, and fellow believers in Christ who talk the talk and walk the walk. We would use them again and highly recommend Absolute Comfort and Son.

EXCEPTIONAL delivery and service of our new air compressor and gas furnace. They did it all, no worries. They are top quality and fast. Mike and his wife Kathy are the most reliable and professional people. I highly recommend them. I love my new system and I got an air scrubber too with Nest Pro thermostats. They will be handling all of my seasonal maintenance services as well. They are very affordable. I was shocked that I could actually afford a high efficiency system like Tempstar. Michael and Kathy are very easy to work with and addressed all of our concerns. Pricing was excellent and their team was very professional. Everyone arrived on time and they cleaned up after themselves. They also took their time to ensure that we knew how to work everything and thoroughly explained the future maintenance schedule. Everyone was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We really appreciate that they didn’t try to upsell us, but explain what we needed and what they would recommend. We are very happy with our upgrade and would recommend them to everyone needing any type of HVAC work.

Just replaced our HVAC system at our house which included new heat pump and propane furnace. Solicited quotes from 4 companies and selected Absolute Comfort. Mike and crew were excellent. Very quick to respond and answer any questions about the equipment, different options available, and had the overall best value for dollar spent. Turnaround time was also excellent. Verbal agreement was made on a Friday evening and they were available to start work 2 days later (even on a Sunday). Monday worked better for us, and they had the furnace up and running that day. Heat pump needed to be delivered a couple days later but that was due to us selecting a slightly different model. New unit is so quiet I can't hear it kick on. Overall fantastic experience.

They came over earlier than expected so they could get finished before my doctors appointment. I thought it was a very nice of them to do that and I appreciate it very much. They checked things out for me and couldn’t find anything wrong with my heat pump they installed several years ago. They were very friendly, kind, and nice. Thank you so much!
