I have the maintenance plan for my heating and air conditioner systems. Martin Goeller came today to do that. He was very polite, he explained to me and showed me the different things he was doing. He also made me aware of things that were deteriorating on my furnace. He answered all of my questions, and I had a lot lol. He was very good at explaining what he was doing in words that I understood. I think he should have a #5 and an increase in his pay. He is a valuable asset to your company. The price I put down was for the maintenance plan not just this one day.

Jared was amazing! Was able to fix our furnace the same day, including driving to pick up a part. Explained the problem very well using pictures and videos and was done in a few hours. Will definitely use Haller for future HVAC needs and will refer them to others. Anyone should feel confident if they see Jared is the one working on their home.

The technician was very thorough in checking the installation of my heating system. He found some issues with the installation of my hot water heater. He called his supervisor and explained the situation and asked for a plumber to make the necessary adjustments. The call center called me so this issue will be scheduled for later this week. I was impressed by the technician’s thoroughness. Definitely a five star service. Thanks to all involved.

No heat and overnight temperature near freezing. Contacted Haller, which is listed as one of the best HVAC companies in York area, on late Wednesday afternoon and immediately got an appointment for first thing Thursday morning. Trent arrived on time and set right to work. He was very personable, listened to my concerns, and answered any questions I had. He was very knowledgeable, even consulting original paperwork, to reconfirm his decisions. In no time, Trent had diagnosed the problems and not only replaced the thermostat but replaced damaged parts. Lastly, Trent explained and demonstrated the use of the new thermostat. We also discussed system maintenance. Great work, timely response and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.

I have been using them for 3 or 4 years now for yearly cleanings of my furnace. They are always on time. They keep you informed of the technicians arrival time and send a picture of the technician that’ll be performing the cleaning service. The technicians are always quick to identify themselves upon arrival and they are so friendly. They are very knowledgeable and do their best to go unnoticed while in your home. I 10/10 recommend.

Emergency call on a Sunday! Because of the severity, I was immediately put into the rotation for same day service. Within an hour a technician was on their way. Martin G was fantastic. Super personable and friendly. He completely understood the urgency and even though it was Sunday evening, he was happy to help. Thankfully it was a quick repair. Great experience all around, THANK YOU!!!!

Theodore and Josh did a wonderful job. Josh handled the smoke detector situation wonderfully and Theodore did the same as he checked and did maintenance on our electrical panels and electrical outlets. Overall, it was a great experience and that is why we choose Haller enterprises for our electrical and air-conditioning needs.
