Digital HIGH 5!! Extremely Happy with the service and communication from KC Comfort! After I called 5 other services, Chad was able to come out same day AAAAND get our AC fixed while he was here! Cleaned the outside of the unit, had the part needed on hand and fixed within 20 mins!! So very thankful he was able to get our AC back up and running! Not to self 😉 Keep your unit cleaned out bc pollen and buildup will make for an overworked compressor and on the hottest day, that's not a fun way to find out how hot it can get inside!!

I appreciated Chad coming out and helping us with our broken water heater. He took the time to share his insights and even show me what was broken on our water heater. He could have easily just said we need a new one, but he took time to show me and educate me more about what broke. I greatly appreciate it.

Chad was knowledgeable and friendly--parts came earlier than expected, so he squeezed in our AC fan/board replacement/repair before the long weekend. Thank you! Definitely would recommend his work.

We received good service in the past without issue but now are extremely disappointed and have canceled our business with them. We were billed a monthly fee for two seasonal HVAC maintenance visits and other service benefits. We received our winter service without issue but were unable to reach anyone to schedule our summer appointment. Previously, scheduling appointments through customer service was easy. The company now routes calls to an answering service during business hours. Despite multiple messages left in attempts to reach them, we received no direct response. Our final message to the answering service was we would cancel our membership if we didn’t hear back from the company. With no response, we emailed the following day to cancel. The cancellation was processed within a few hours, but still with no direct contact or follow-up from the company. We also know another customer who had the same experience and ultimately canceled their business with them, too.

The owner handled my problem (a faulty fan module that he diagnosed correctly). He drove to two places to find the right part and had it installed, up and running and cooling my house all in the same day. Impeccable quality service!

Great guy, kind, friendly, and helpful! He was personable, willing to chat through things, and helped me understand. I'd highly recommend for sure!
