This is now my second time using this service with Felipe.He was very good , humble and patience to explain the problem. I needed maintenance immediately and I got a response instantly. I appreciate the urgency. I’m glad things were resolved so fast, especially with such professionalism.

Jose wins the award for the most professional and considerate A/C technician we've ever hired over the past 25 years. He took the time to explain the mechanical process of our A/C unit, the "if this...then that" of the workings. Jose and crew worked in a quick and methodical manner, made sure there was a thorough cleanup, forwarded photos and videos of the before and after work. Jose even postponed his flight out of the country for a day to make sure we had proper cooling for our retail business during a grueling July heatwave. (98 degrees... Felipe was fantastic to work with. He answered my call right away, and was extremely responsive between my call and the appointment. He was able to repair my furnace quickly, efficiently, and at a very fair price. He was knowledgeable, patiently walked me through the problem and the solution, and was all around a great person. I will definitely be calling him again for any future heating needs!

Felipe did a great job! He was very punctual and friendly. We had a problem with our boiler. He diagnosed the problem, talked us through what he was doing, explained the solution, and most importantly, he fixed it! Would 100% recommend!
