For the most part, the service is good. My only bad experience with Martin's Is that I have been a loyal customer to Martin's Furniture over 6 years. I either paid off my account or financed it and paid it off.I practically housed my entire home with Martin's. I lost my job which caused me to be behind for 3 months, I came to Martin's and told them the situation, which they were understanding, never gave me a hassle on when I would pay them. I went to the store weeks after and paid off my debt in the amount of 900 plus dollars. I wanted to purchase a sectional which I was going to put down the majority of the money down, would've paid it off in 90 days. David which is the "go to guy" gave me the run around for three days just to give me a denial. He also stated he was waiting on approval for his boss. Which was very confusing because he was just telling me and my companion how he chose a new vendor which led him to being number 1 in sales for the company. If I had known what I know now I would've definitely went with another furniture store. Very pricey; I compared some prices with other furniture stores and some prices are as steep. WAYFAIR has excellent prices and less expensive. I purchased a 6 piece sectional under 1200$ online no more financing.

The owner Mr. Martin is such a kind man. He's willing to go out of his way to make sure you get exactly what you need. Kindness is a rarity nowadays.

Easy, Friendly, Understanding, Feels like Family No complaints, they approved me, I got my furniture, they work with my pickiness so I’m right at home... I ordered plenty from here and my monthly bill is still so reasonable, couldn’t have had it no other way... I financed a table set, only to change my mind to another set... They were patient and helped order my new set and it came in a timely manner and I love it and I love them They love my kids and that’s a plus, ask for Mr. Crump

When I first got a job in 1986, the Martins ran the Western Auto in Clinton Ms. They were my first line of credit. Now they run Martins Furniture and Appliance Store. Class Act. Nice family business. Good merchandise and appliances. Quality stuff.

We are trying to get to this wonderful place because of the best of the best person that I spoke to that actually had the most helpful info and was and is willing to go the extra steps to take time to explain things to me and to make me feel like a person not a idiot as has been several people

Was in the store on Wednesday day and purchase a riding mower and was told it would be delivered on friday some time or a another on friday stayed home all day and the mower never made it there so my whole day is gone and still no mower poor service there I could have gave someone else my money that would have delivered the same day or on the day they told me
