I had the pleasure of working with Rick at Napa Auto Body, and I just wanted to take a moment to share my great experience. Rick went above and beyond to help me find a specific product I had been searching for. Not only did he have excellent product knowledge, but he was also incredibly patient and attentive to my needs. It's rare to find such dedicated and personable service these days, and I truly appreciated how Rick made sure I left with exactly what I needed. Outstanding service every time I visit. Well staffed and efficient. Clean store, high quality goods. Going to NAPA and dealing with *actual adults* that work there is a million times better than the sketchy "green" or "orange" auto parts store. 20% discount if you have AAA membership.

Overall, amazing customer service. A woman helped me plan out all the parts I needed for my car and gave me detailed explanations on what kinds to get that would be easiest to put in at home with a buddy. I came back at a more convenient time to purchase, and Scott was able to answer more questions and he was also very informative. Even helped me carry them out. Very friendly staff I really appreciate it! Will definitely come back for all car needs

The store was clean and customer service was very good! Although they didn't have 1 inch loom, they tried to find where I could get it and were great staff! First time visitor to this location and was impressed!

Love going to this store but being on hold for 30 minutes at 1:30pm is a little crazy, I called the first time to explain the issue with another gentle man that worked there and was taken care of and called back talked to another gentle men and have been on hold for 30 minutes. But still love the in person customer service at the store.
