I definitely I approve the quick response and quick turnaround. Was able to get me in same day for way cheaper verses my insurance deductible was more expensive and couldn’t get me in till late tomorrow. A big plus!
After getting my car’s glass replaced at this shop, the driving assistance system immediately malfunctioned. I asked them to check it, but they dismissed the issue and told me to go to the dealership, claiming it wasn’t their responsibility. I ended up paying $250 for a diagnostic at the dealership, only to find out the problem was caused by the glass shop—they had failed to reconnect the sensors during the replacement. I do not recommend this business. Despite reporting the issue right away, they refused to investigate or offer any support. Their lack of accountability cost me time and money.

Incredible customer service & fit & finish. They were so flexible with my schedule & had me in & out with a new windshield in about 30 mins. Price was more than fair & I couldn’t be happier.
Had the world’s wildest incident and my back window just blew itself out the night before. Found this place after digging around for a bit on google and it didn’t even take half an hour to get it replaced, plus they got me booked day of! Kind staff, small waiting area to hang around, and a Burger King nearby if you need something to nosh on. Can’t thank them enough for helping me out!
Had a smash and grab while on vacation went to make an appointment somewhere else and nothing available for a week. I'm sure this is a busy city for auto glass. I searched for auto glass in Nashville and this came up I called and they told me they fixed it now. I went and it was done in about an hour for both passenger doors. very happy
