Damien and his crew are amazing! Early in 2025, my radiant floor boiler broke while we were in Mexico. We reached out to Oregon Hydronics, and the very next day, they went to my house and repaired the boiler ignition valve. Thanks to them, my home stayed warm even with freezing nights. We decided to replace the 20-year-old boiler, and Damien found a perfect small-footprint boiler. His crew installed it and got it running smoothly. It was such a fantastic upgrade! Damien responded to our emergency immediately even though it was the weekend and he was working on the coast and we are in Eugene. He talked us through what needed to be done to stabilize things and then ordered the necessary part - overnight mail from the east coast. And he came back to Eugene just to install the piece, and then returned to the job on the coast. All this was warranty work and he didn't charge us. I stopped in this morning looking for a condensate pump for my furnace. Damien didn't have one. I told him the wholesale companies won't sell me one. He stopped what he was doing and had me follow him down the street to Johnstone Supply (wholesaler) and let me buy one on his account. He asked for nothing in return. What a great guy. Next time I need HVAC work I know who I'm calling. Thanks Damien!
