Reliable repaired our a/c unit over a year ago. When it stopped cooling today I called them and Chris said he’d send a tech out today. When the tech he had assigned to our job was tied up he said he’d come himself. He did and was able to get the unit working. So grateful to him and Reliable for getting us back up and cooling! Even though the repair wasn’t covered due to the timing, he didn’t charge me. For that I’m forever grateful and feel blessed! Thank Reliable Standard and Chris.!
