It was a pleasure working with RHP Mechanical Systems, their Project Manager, Adam Gruber, and their team of technicians. They took the time to understand my home's needs, thoroughly inspecting and providing a clear quote. I love the Lennox high-efficiency heat pump I purchased, and I look forward to seeing how it and the new furnace perform once the days get shorter and colder. I highly recommend!

I've reluctantly used RHP for years for our facilities' HVAC work, but my frustration has reached a breaking point. I am actively pushing my company to find a new contractor, and here's why. The office staff, with one or two exceptions, is incredibly difficult to work with. The same receptionist answers and consistently cuts you off, transferring you to the wrong person before you can even finish your sentence. Just getting to the right scheduler can take 2-3 calls. The scheduling department is the worst part. Over the years, it has only gotten worse. I've been hung up on multiple times by one scheduler, Patty, who has a massive attitude problem and has even yelled at me. Others seem bored, annoyed, and utterly uninterested in helping. The only decent person to talk to is Lisa, who is willing to listen but often forgets details, forcing me to call back and re-explain everything. The only time I ever had a good customer service experience was with a young man named David (or Daniel). He was patient, bilingual, helped our Spanish-speaking employee, and was the only one who ever emailed me back. Unsurprisingly, he no longer works there. The billing department is no better—the two ladies there give off a strong vibe that they simply don't want to be bothered. It's a shame because the technicians are knowledgeable, professional, and always fix the problem. Talking to them, you get the sense that the toxic office culture comes from the top down. Final verdict: I would not recommend RHP unless you enjoy being frustrated. The good techs aren't worth the battle with the entitled and unprofessional office staff. Look elsewhere.

We recently went through Costco to have a new HVAC system installed in our home. RHP was the company that installs Lenox units in our area. Cameron came out and reviewed our needs and provided us with a number of options. He was totally professional and we decided to contract with RHP. The installation team of Garrett, Ross, and G were awesome. Again, totally professional and meticulous. We are totally pleased with our decision to go with RHP and would highly recommend. Thanks for a job well done.

We needed a new AC unit and some upgraded ductwork. Everyone who came to quote and install was absolutely fantastic and so helpful and kind. From the price to service and product, everything was 5-stars. Would highly recommend RHP!

We've used their maintenance service for the furnace and AC since about 2005. They've always been good about letting us know when they are coming etc. Recently we had the water heater replaced, very quickly after I contacted them. Their service was outstanding. Our contact person Troy had a positive can-do attitude that's admirable. He kept us informed of when a technician is coming, as the initial plan had to be changed. He and Mark, who installed the water heater, both told me what to expect from the inspection too. Thank you!

RHP was great from start to finish. Working with Adam was smooth and easy. Our HVAC system is now working better than it has in the last 20 years.

Great service, great product. Extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the furnace and air conditioning system. I would definitely use them again!
