Mountain Challenge and Maryville College decided to make an historic building capable of using 100% solar energy. And we asked Solar Alliance for assistance. Everyone at Solar Alliance was - and still are - amazing. From data analysis to design to construction to marketing and follow-up, they stayed with us every step of the way. And they still provide thoughtful and fast answers to on-going questions. They definitely performed above and beyond. We are grateful.

Nobody answering phones , no news on how their business is doing since december 2024, late on earnings call , i think there is no earnings call coming ... nobody is answering callls for investors and shareholders . i guess its pack up time for this company thats going bankrupt after scamming investors when old ceo m clark personally called me to say that we are not going bankrupt when i was raising questions after the last Quarter of '24

They used to be great. Now you can't get anyone to call back or email back. I have 3 people's contact info for office phone, mobile phone, and email. Zero response 4 weeks. The last project was completed on good terms. Go somewhere else for business. Post owner response: Oh I've tried the main number too. You have a problem. You could pull my number from your system and personally call me. Now that would be customer service .

Solar alliance LLC has got to be the absolute worst choice anybody could make for Solar if you have a problem their nowhere to be found. I have tried numerous times (over the course of months) to call and email with no response. I bought my house two years ago (solar was already on the house). I have the documentation that they are the installers and my system don’t work and now I’m going to have to find a solar company in my area to come and fix whatever it is that they messed up (not knowing if there’s a warranty on any of the systems because I can’t get a hold of anyone with that information) I have no idea how old the system is because I cannot get a callback or an email. I can’t even get warranty information (explaining the terms or length of time it’s coved). It is very frustrating because even though I have all the information I’m a lame man when it comes to solar power Where they’re supposed to be the experts apparently not. If you want solar please do yourself a favor and go elsewhere because if this company is willing to completely ignore It’s customers then it shouldn’t have customers (I’m just glad I wasn’t the one to shell out a bunch of money for this originally) I’m sure the previous owners are happy to have gotten rid of these Issue with this company And if I would’ve known, then, I probably wouldn’t have bought this house

No earnings call , i think this company is going under like many others , no news on how they are doing and whats the earnings no body is anwering calls for us investors

Solar Alliance installed a new 5.2 kW system with battery on my Knoxville city home. They communicated well and promptly (email replies within 24 to 48 hours). The quality of work was excellent and the crew was efficient and neat. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a quality installation. [Update one year after installation: my system continues to work as promised. Two recent issues, a component recall and a failed controller, we're resolved promptly, with Solar Alliance initiating the fixes.]

This company is not easy to work with. My system has had numerous problems over the last few years. This company continues to decline in responsiveness and overall quality. My 4 year old system 18 kw two Li battery system is not working and Solar alliance does not respond to my numerous calls emails and requests for service. I would Look elsewhere if you are getting a new system. I am forced to look elsewhere for repairs at this point.
