DO NOT USE FREEDOM FOREVER SOLAR - COMPLETE SCAM AND WASTE OF TIME - This is an update to my original review. We were told our project was going to be competed in a month. We had roof replacement as part of the project. We were also told that we would get a reimbursement for any months they are behind to cover the loan amount per the contract. Freedom Forever has completely ignored out request for the last month reimbursement and were delayed due to "someone got sick" or "they just canceled last minute" excuses, and then failing to install the power sources correctly resulting in county inspection failure. This has been the worst experience, and we have been completely ignored regarding the November reimbursement. I do not recommend Freedom Forever - RUN! They'll tell you anything you want to hear and end up dropping you like a ton of bricks. No customer service support whatsoever and no one ever knows what's going on, including their manager. As far as Danny, great salesman, but very misleading. Danny has great knowledge when it comes to saving energy with solar panels! He came out to our house to inspect, asses, answered all of our questions, and gave us the best price! He even uses top notch technology to get the best out of your solar panels. Not to mention that he always answers his phone. Our new roof arrived and was a part of the solar panel and the battery deal and was installed in about a week. We are so excited to start saving money on our energy bill! Thank you Danny!
