McNeal, the project manager, went far beyond the call of duty. We had a Tesla Powerwall 3 and two Tesla expansion packs installed with Solarize. This is a company you can trust and rely on. We spoke with Dan a lot, and he was always quick to reply, answer any questions, and support everything. From the beginning, we had honest information, extremely fair pricing, and constant communication. The installation process was impressive; they brought the whole team out to install and commission fast (3-5 people out working at once). We needed existing solar re-wired and connected to the new Tesla gateway - professional work done here, we couldn't be happier. Will, the Tesla certified installer, was extremely helpful with explaining each part of the process. He was excited to see the system go online, and so were we. Will had amazing energy and that provided a lot of confidence that the job was done correctly and to a 10/10 level of perfection. I highly recommend Solarize for whole home battery installations!

I got solar installed with Solarize recently, and I am very pleased with my new system. Solarize and their crew have been great to deal with. Austin was very knowledgeable on all things solar and was even available while he was down with a surgical procedure!! Solarize and Austin were able to install the panels on my shop which 4 other companies i talked to said couldn’t be done. The electricians and install team made the install look professional and tidy. My system is producing more than they promised and I’m on my way to electrical independence. Daniel has been great to deal with also and took care of an issue we had with a panel in 2 days. He’s very knowledgeable and has a great team. I just have to say "I would do this again in a heartbeat!" From the beginning of the process when I had a bazillion questions for Erick (sales) and the owner (Dan), they both took as much time as needed to explain things to me multiple times until I finally got it (well, I know more than I did a month ago). I really appreciated that! Erick spent a lot of time re-explaining how things worked between panel, battery and grid, and is the primary reason why I signed on for this system. Well, Dan tipped the scales too! Even the site survey guy, Spike, he was very easy to talk to and fielded a ton of general questions about the process. I also had a great experience with the master electrician, Will, excellent technical skills and work ethic… he and his support team were like a nice oiled machine, all very knowledgeable through the installation of my new span, electrical panel, the solar panels, and battery. I’m very confident they did great work because everything looks so nice and neat, and I watched them do multiple checks on things. I’m excited to learn the new apps for the Span and solar system once this thing is ready to roll. I’ll follow up when this is in full gear and I know more than I know today.
