Battery Bill's was so easy to work with! They replaced my Dyson vacuum cleaner battery quickly and disposed of the old one too. Googles directions are incorrect. Look for Wholesale Unlimited on Ahua Street and turn into the narrow alleyway. Battery Bill's is behind them. Parking is limited

Best place to buy used batteries for an affordable price. I was only two weeks away from getting my new car and my current car’s battery died, so I was looking for the cheapest place to get a battery. Initially, I was going to Walmart until my dad suggested Battery Bill. Thankfully, when I called they had a used battery for my car (2015 Honda accord) in stock. I paid $47 for it. They charge a $10 fee on top of that but will refund it to you when you return your old battery within 7 days. They don’t do install but they charge $25 for it if you need it. The workers were all nice and helpful. I loved that they carried the battery to my car and also grabbed the old one from it.

Called to ask some questions, and possibly get a referral for recycling. I had no expectations they would be able to assist or help me. Not only did they offer to take my name and number, they inquired with fellow employees and gave me a call back with a prompt follow up. Incredibly impressed with their customer service, and appreciate the sponsor and provide power for community events and parades. One of the few businesses here with genuine aloha.

I called around to get price on a battery for my 2013 Spark. When I got around to Bill's, they were less than half the cost. (1 year warranty for Bill vs 3 year for others, but still, great price.) Great customer service all around as well. The team was very accommodating and let me borrow tools to install myself. I'll be checking here for batteries FIRST in the future.

A big mahalo to the entire crew that worked on my car. From Bill answering my call first thing in the morning, to Jason and them (I forgot to get the names of two other two guys who finished installing my new battery) helping me park my extra large truck, to explaining to me exactly what my options were and giving me advice on how to take care of my car from now on, the service was top notch. I'll be going there from now on for all my car battery needs. Photos attached were actually to show proof to my boss that my car was indeed dead (had to call out and she seemed skeptical about the reason) and now I'm glad I have them for this review. Recommend 100%!

Bill is the man. I called around looking for a specialty battery and other shops were scratching their heads. Of course battery bill had it in stock and ready to go. Looking for a battery? This is your guy.
