Of the five solar companies we talked to Sun Path Electric was among the most knowledgable, communicative, and competitively priced for a higher energy offset. We ended up going with Sun Path and didn't regret it – they were timely and installation proceeded without a hitch. After getting bids from four different companies around the Seattle region, Sun Path came out on top. Not only was their pricing the best (which I'm sure is partly due to their lower overhead as a small business) but their electrician, Briggs, was clearly the most knowledgeable and thoughtful about the proposed installation when doing the site visit for the bid. And that's what tipped the scale for us in the end. The Sun Path team was great to work with throughout the whole process and the installation was superb. If you're thinking about solar for your home, do it with Sun Path.

My recent collaboration with Sun Path Solar on solar panel installation, was truly beyond my expectations. Not only did the team, led by Kristy and Sonja, provide exceptional customer service, but their depth of knowledge and professionalism were also evident throughout the project. They ensured all my questions were answered in full detail, maintaining clear and consistent communication from start to finish. A noteworthy moment was when one of the installers went above and beyond by assisting me with a garage door issue, a gesture of service that really stood out. Additionally, a month after the project completion, when I reached out with a question regarding the Enphase app, Kristy was incredibly helpful in providing the assistance I needed. I was honestly real confused about getting solar and didn’t know who to trust. These guys walked me thru the whole thing without being pushy. They came out to check my roof and explained how much I could save. The install was quick and the crew cleaned up after themselves which I really appreciated. Panels look good and seem to be working great so far. Only thing was the permit took a bit longer than I thought but not their fault. They kept me updated the whole time and answered my questions fast. Glad I went with them and not one of those big companies.

Sun Path Electric handled our solar installation flawlessly. Everyone we worked with there was friendly, professional and really wonderful to work with. We had a few complications since we needed a new control panel to handle the additional service requirements, and Briggs and his team handled all of this extremely well. We also had to spend a little extra time and effort to bring Seattle City Light along with our plan, and again the team from Sun Path made this happen. They obviously command the respect of all of the folks they work with. Their pricing was very competitive and reasonable, and they worked patiently and constructively with me as I went through a number of design and re-pricing scenarios. We are very happy with our new solar panels, and with all of the Sun Path people we worked with. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Although I generally do not write recommendations, I had such an outstanding experience with Sun Path Electric that I felt compelled to share. Sun Path Electric installed solar panels and a battery backup system for me 2 ½ years ago at our residence.. Having worked with contractors and subcontractors for 50 years, I can confidently say they provided exceptional service. The installation was impressive, even to the City, PSE, and L&I, who inspected the all complimented the work during the inspection. Considering the our residence is over 90 years old, they faced unique challenges but handled them effectively. What stands out the most is the support I have received over the last few years. I encountered several issues unrelated to the solar panel and battery backup system that affected the system's performance. Sun Path’s assistance in resolving these issues was invaluable. Their follow-up and problem-solving skills have truly made a difference. They are the best in the business.
