My place of work had a new HVAC installed in March 2025. Fast forward to late May, it's not working. Guess what, still doesn't work. The company ignores requests for repair. Then claims that only one specific technician can fix the issue. This technician seems to always be unavailable for 3 weeks.

My recent experience with TRANE / MJC INC., the HVAC company based in Cartersville, GA, was deeply unsettling, primarily due to the unprofessional conduct of Bobby Thomas, which extended far beyond the service call itself. From the moment Bobby Thomas arrived, his demeanor was shockingly dismissive and disrespectful. It was evident that he lacked basic customer service skills, treating my inquiries with contempt and impatience. His attitude made it clear that customer satisfaction was not a priority for him. What compounded my disappointment was witnessing Bobby Thomas consuming alcohol inside his truck during a break. This reckless behavior not only posed serious safety risks but also demonstrated a complete disregard for company policies and professionalism. It was alarming to see an employee entrusted with servicing HVAC systems behave so irresponsibly on the job. As if his behavior on-site wasn't concerning enough, I was further alarmed when I observed Bobby Thomas swerving as he drove away from my property. His erratic driving raised serious safety concerns, not only for himself but for other motorists on the road. In addition to his rude demeanor, questionable behavior, and lack of technical competence, Bobby Thomas's overall conduct during and after the service call was completely unacceptable. His actions reflect poorly on TRANE / MJC INC. and call into question their hiring practices and employee supervision. In conclusion, my experience with TRANE / MJC INC. in Cartersville, GA, was marred by Bobby Thomas's unprofessionalism, reckless behavior, and alarming disregard for safety. This incident underscores serious concerns about the company's commitment to customer service and adherence to ethical standards. I strongly advise potential clients to seek HVAC services elsewhere until MJC INC. addresses these serious issues and ensures that all employees uphold professional standards and prioritize customer safety and satisfaction.

Not bad delivery. Backing was just ok. They let me use bathroom which is always great. Spent a little over a hour here. You could probably overnight park here if you wanted.

Traine is an absolute joke. Management doesnt care about its employees & they will tell you lies. If you have appointments they recommend you to come in and work up until your appointment time or vise versa, coming in after the appointment. However even with excused absence notes you are given marks. After two marks you are terminated.Worst place to purchase anything from. Dont recommend at all.

Actually I was simply making a delivery there, but since your being nosey, Trane Supply was very clean and the employees were nice!

First rate service. Best place to get your hvac supplies for contractors.
