I located this company from the Navien website for wall hung combo boilers. My first phone call was handled by Andy, very professional and courteous. Tributes I look for in a vendor. He explained to me how he operates and what he strives for with his customer. I was sold immediately. His team came in on day one and in 5 seconds, diagnosed my issues right away. They gave me a very generous price and returned the next day to complete the job. My boiler is now at 100% and fully functional. I would recommend this company any day and twice on Sunday for all mechanical HVAC/plumbing work. Thank you Andy.
True professionals. They installed the HVAC system a year ago and I had a great experience with their team. Always came on time and timely finished the job. This summer I needed it serviced, and I dreaded my call, but the guys responded with no if's and but's but scheduled something for the very next day. We recently had a Mitsubishi heat pump installed by Tudor mechanical. They did excellent work at a fair price. Their techs were highly professional and competent. We highly recommend them.
First time in eight years, and many thousands of dollars, that a firm has come in and properly fixed a recurring problem with our AC system. They are professional, completely knowledgeable, and ethical. A pleasure to deal with and cannot recommend them more highly.
Tudor came out to check our HVAC system last October to make sure everything was functioning okay and to look at one leaky unit. They assured me all was okay and they had fixed the leaky unit but when it came to us switching it on again this summer we found it was indeed still leaking. How ever, they came out promptly to inspect, and fixed it then and there. They are kind and work very tidy. I would recommend them!
