Willard Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing

Worst experience ever. Do not use them. In addition to receiving vastly different quotes for the same job just different plumbers (both from Willard). They would come for an hour then say they would be back and wouldn’t show back up. Can’t get ahold of plumber just operator who would relay problem to dispatcher who would relay to plumber who wouldnt respond. They started tearing walls apart before discussing with me. They completely damaged a vanity that it turns out never needed to be removed. He said he "was tired and made a bad decision to remove vanity" Well too late. 1k in damage and nothing was ever fixed. Refund was promised by multiple people, still haven’t received it. Can’t get ahold of a manager. Please trust me, DO NOT USE WILLARD.

David, Alan, Brendon, and Nathan all have been big help to restoring this nightmare of a house to a nice place to live in. From main water line leaks from the slab to sewage piping needing to be replaced. They have helped immensely and have kept things clean while doing so. I appreciate all their work.

I had Willard install a 20k unit about 5 years ago. The inverter board went out which is under warranty. Tried calling multiple times get on their schedule to get it fixed. At that time, all the calls were being sent into a call service, which was taking quite a long time to have returned. Once I made the issue known to Willard, they made it a priority to get us taken care of. Both the parts and the service were covered under their warranty and they did an excellent job of repairing the unit. My only suggestion for improvement would be to work with the call service to try to improve that part of the business. But other than that, Willard was very reliable in the repair itself. I am very satisfied with the service provided.

Quick and friendly service. Seth arrived on time with all the tools he needed to do the job. This job was quick as I just needed a nest thermometer installed. We discussed the details and he quickly got to work and completed everything expeditiously. This is about the third time that I've dealt with Willard and each time has been positive.

I thought my tankless water heater had a gas leak, so I called Willard Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing on a Sunday afternoon. David H. was dispatched and was awesome! He was thorough, professional, and gave my family peace of mind that everything was safe and good to go. I really appreciate the quick response and great service. I’ll absolutely use Willard moving forward and recommend them to others!

He showed up after dark and I offered to help out, but he put us At Ease by saying he would handle everything... and He DID.

We got great service from Willard. Kaylie Grandell was the technician sent to us. She was very professional, extremely knowledgeable, and addressed our air conditioning issue. We now have a comfortable cool home again. We also have a leak in our hot water heater and she has worked very hard to get us a great price and will get that replaced tomorrow. Very good service and very pleased with Kaylie.
