They showed me and my son all my options and presented us with such grace and kindness and we will be forevermore grateful for choosing university kia to purchase our very first vehicle. Mr.Antonio assisted my son with test driving the vehicle and when we had any underlying questions or concerns they helped us seek the answers and did so efficiently and with such diligence. I know this is a few months overdue but I had an Exceptional Car Buying Experience in July! The absolute best car buying experience I have had to date. Fortune and Gerald at University Kia from start to finish, both provided exceptional customer service, they were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right vehicle for my family member. They made the entire process smooth, transparent, and stress-free. They went above and beyond to help me find the right one, and the expression on my family member's face was priceless. My daughter purchased her first car from here. Have heard horror stories about this place and really didn’t want to purchase here. But hey it’s the car she wanted (her first big purchase). Although Faith was pleasant, the follow through wasn’t. There was a small dent in the trunk area. I pointed it out, no problem they said we can get that fixed up. Fast forward to signing papers. Get to the papers where it is "as is" said I wasn’t signing cause of the dent. Andrew said ohhh no ma’am we will get that fixed. So we signed. (Didn’t know you have to have a slip of some sort to come back to get fixed) problem 1. Not being honest right then. Asked to schedule an appointment for the dent, was told to come back Wednesday (2 days later) cool. My daughter went back that day and they informed her dent guy comes on Thursday. Problem 2. The runaround. But hey if it rains or weather or whatever the excuse is he doesn’t come!! Problem 3. No appointments. Well after going back and forth multiple days, her late for work, missing work, or him just not there it’s been 2 months!!! Still not fixed! One day she dropped it off he attempted to heat and repair but didn’t and said they had to order a part. Which they never did!!!! Even spoke to parts department. Btw This is after guardians had to get involved!! After calling for a whole day and getting nothing but the run around and run around and no phone calls back like promised. It’s now month 4!!!! We got two other companies to look at it. Come to Find out the dent guy at Kia got it too hot and messed it up worse!!! So now guess it’s time to hit that small claims court!! Just wanted to put this out there that they have took advantage of a 19 year old who was trying to do the right thing on her own.

After 3 days of haggling with 4 other dealers for a 3 row SUV, I stopped by University Kia and it was a complete 180 from what I was experiencing. I was immediately greeted by Seville followed by Theo the Sales Manger. Within 5-10 minutes they answered all my questions and presented several offers. This was hands down the best car buying experience I’ve ever had in my +30 years of buying cars. Again thanks to Seville. Also a shout out to Charles in finance who explained everything and made quick work of completing the contract.
