I'd recommend skipping this company until they get their act together. Xante's customer service has really gone downhill over the years. I have an X-33 which has been acting temperamental since we were forced to upgrade the firmware, and they haven't been able to help me get it running like it did with the "outdated" firmware. I've had to call Xante multiple times in the past few weeks. While the issue at hand is usually "fixed," a new host of issues is introduced by the "fix." Xante only offers phone support, which they charge for. You will be dead in the water for hours while you wait for someone to call you back, then you'll be on the phone for at least an hour because you'll be required to be the tech's eyes and ears, and even hands if physical work needs to be done on your printer. I really hope the company turns around, because our X-33 has saved us a lot of time and frustration in the past. I'd like to be confident it can continue to do so.

We have had the X-33 for almost 2 years now, we spend more time dealing with tech support than printing with the machine. They upgrade the software to fix the problem, then downgrade the software to fix the problem the upgrade caused. The braille feature rarely works right, we get pucks and smears bur rarely domes. I currently have 2 open tickets for completely separate issues, one was "fixed" a few months ago. This machine is terrible and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Really a shoddy company, firstly some if not most of the products are Ricoh that they buy/modify/rebrand and charge double. They cant figure out the fusing units for their En/press and their x-13 is junk. they don't support or stand by their products in any way. the output rate they advertise for their products is greatly exaggerated (by 20-75%) I am guessing they haven't been developing print systems for very long and it shows GREATLY in their products. They make and sell a new unit and use the costumers calling for R&D and to figure out problems. they burnt through 5 fusers of mine a couple years ago trying to figure out the problem. Turns out they did a bad software update and just a simple update to iQueue fixed it. All in all their products and services are a waste of time and resources both personally and professionally.

Great company that shows true southern hospitality with the most advanced printers on the market. You actually can talk to a human if you ever have tech issues or need to order toners. Highly recommend and ask for Lauren for all your sales, demos and sample needs.

How this company presented the machine we bought was not accurate. There was no support for training or service. They charge an exuberant amount for tech support for the year. I would highly advise you DO NOT buy the Xante X16 UV Printer. We have regretted the decision that we went forward with them.
