Bill was great!! All of the items we addressed and planned out were executed and he was very helpful and communicative in the entire process. It was an incredibly smooth process, from start to finish. The crew was wonderful, very respectful and they cleaned up their work very well. Overall, it was an an incredibly smooth and enjoyable process with a team of individuals who were lovely to work with and awesome team leads. The warranty is also great on the roof as well. Can’t speak highly enough of Bill, his team, and their great work!

Josh with Bill Ragan did a fabulous job assessing my roof. He was friendly, a total pro and has a wealth of career contracting knowledge. It's never fun to hear you need a new roof but Josh's professionalism softened the blow and we already have plans for a spring follow-up. He also told me about the company's financing options.
