The Chateaux Deer Valley

Our weekend at The Chateaux was absolutely amazing! The hotel is spotless, beautifully maintained and the staff are genuinely kind and attentive. The breakfast buffet is fantastic -the cottage cheese crepes and the eggs are some of the best I’ve ever had. I usually don’t enjoy eggs at hotels (and I eat them often) but these were truly exceptional! The spa and pool area are clean and relaxing. It was a very high quality getaway. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious vacation. To make it even more special, the staff surprised me with a delicious birthday cake and a personalized card with congratulations - it absolutely made my day and added such a thoughtful touch to the stay. Things to know: parking is $40 per night plus a $40 resort fee -it’s not clearly mentioned anywhere, so just keep that in mind when planning your stay. Overall, it was an excellent experience. The only thing I’d change is the soap - it’s quite oily and leaves a residue on your skin, like you didn’t fully rinse it off. Other than that, everything was perfect!

It was my wife’s first time experiencing the fall colours in Utah, amazing location to be at. The Italian Cena restaurant also had great food. I got to know that the hotel along with the rooms were recently renovated, so nothing felt outdated during our stay there. ||Overall it was amazing, but the very best part of our stay was definitely the SERVICE! Olivia and Sharon at the Front Desk were very welcoming and professional. Patrick, Brian and I think it was Hawkeye also provided excellent bell and shuttle services. I also noticed all the managers always being present to help. All the staff there always had smiles and were attentive, creating a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere for my wife and I.

Check-in was seamless. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and accommodating, setting a great tone for the stay. After checking in, a kind gentleman escorted me to my room and gave a helpful overview of the hotel’s restaurants, bars, and nearby attractions.||When I entered my room, I was genuinely impressed by how spacious it was. The suite featured cozy lodge-inspired décor, a fireplace, and modern amenities like a flat-screen TV, refrigerator, and hypoallergenic bedding. It was the perfect blend of comfort and luxury.||The location is ideal—just steps from Deer Valley Resort and only about 8 minutes from downtown Park City, making it easy to explore local shops and restaurants. Self-parking was available for around $30/day, which was convenient.||Although we didn’t use many of the amenities, the outdoor heated pool looked inviting, and the property also offers a spa, and fitness center. The overall atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, perfect for a mountain getaway.||Would absolutely recommend and stay again!

I cannot say enough good things about The Chateaux Deer Valley resort and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. My friend and I are breast cancer survivors and it's been a very tough year, so we decided on the spur of the moment that we'd take a girls trip to decompress. Neither of us had stayed at The Chateaux prior, so we didn't know what to expect, but we were not disappointed. From the woman on the phone in reservations (who asked what the purpose of our trip was), to the Concierge, Temple, to Edward at the front desk, and our wait and bell staff - we could not have been treated better. In fact, they truly made us feel celebrated, supported and special! When we arrived there was a mix up with our room so we were asked to wait. We went and had a snack and a drink, enjoying the mountain air and views. When our room was ready, they informed us that they had picked up our tab, which was totally unexpected. Then the Concierge, Temple, welcomed and congratulated us on ending our breast cancer treatments and made sure we felt welcomed and seen. We were taken to our rooms and inside were treats and a personalized note signed by the staff! We went to dinner that night at the onsite restaurant Cena (delicious menu), all the staff had recommended the lobster pasta, so I tried it, my friend had a different dish, but we both had apps as well... our waitress, also congratulated us on ending treatment. However, the biggest shock came at the end of our meal when the manager of Cena came over, congratulated us as well and then told us that the meal was on them! WOW. We were speechless. They said they wanted to celebrate the end of our treatment with us - we nearly cried. We went there under the impression we were going to just chill, process and bond, but in addition we were seen and celebrated! We stayed 2 nights, breakfast was included and delicious, a great buffet selection, regularly replenished. The views are gorgeous, the grounds are lovely with fountains, fire pits and quiet areas. The pool area is very nice with food service available. Our rooms were very comfortable, great bathrooms and kitchen set up. There is also a decent gym. This hotel had all we needed, but still felt like a boutique hotel - zero complaints. The personal treatment we received was extremely touching and memorable - thank you to the staff!||Side Note: I was so elated with our experience, I took my family back 10 days later for a quick weekend break to end the summer.

We had an amazing stay!! The whole staff is very service oriented and made us feel special. Left an anniversary card and gift on the counter. The king suite is spacious complete w a fully stocked kitchen, 2 fireplaces, balcony and 2 bathrooms. Huge king size comfortable bed. Awesome courtesy shuttle!|We really appreciated the helpfulness of front desk Olivia, bell men/ shuttle drivers Hawkeye & Brian Fox plus our server at the Stein Erickson Sam. All provided exemplary service!

Stayed here for a conference and overall had a good experience. The hotel worked well for meetings and events, and the staff handled the conference smoothly. It wasn’t ski season yet, so the town was pretty quiet—which was actually nice for a work trip. The only downside was that the walls were a bit thin, so noise carried more than expected. I imagine this would be a great spot for groups or families once ski season kicks in.

The room was amazing with a gas fireplace, nice balcony, well-equipped kitchen, large dining area and high-end furniture. Superbly designed with real wood and other natural products, | All staff personnel were gracious and helpful at all time s (over and above). The breakfast buffet is WOW. The dinners are superb too. | Our only complaint is that the "Murphy bed" in our efficiency room was way too low for us - even though we are active 70-somethings as well as the nice sitting accommodations were too close to the bed. |Very, very nice. Also, one or two rooms can be adjoined.
