Westgate Park City Resort & Spa

Someone was supposed to fix our TV and someone came up and was able to connect it to the internet, but then IT was supposed to come up and fix the available apps. No one ever came. So the TV in the bedroom did not work the entire weekend. The dishwasher did not work so we were unable to use it the entire weekend. Their staff doesn't seem to know what amenities they have and don't have. when we called my husband was told there was no oven in the room. when i asked the front desk i was told there was an oven in the room. there was no oven. No one ever came came to clean the room at all so we ran out of towels and there wasn't a broom or anything in the room we could clean up with. not acceptable to have no way to sweep if their staff wasn't going to come do it. The valet staff were extremely unfriendly, aside from one man who was kind. Their indoor/outdoor pool was freezing and way too cold for small children. we had to leave it after only a few moments. All in all, it was not in anyway worth the money that I paid to stay there. I could have paid for a hotel for half the price and had a better experience. We were extremely disappointed by the lack of competent staff and usable amenities. Would never recommend to anyone.

Westgate Park City, a snow activity resort. Great view of the mountains all around. The ski slopes are within gondola rides. The layout of the building is different and how they connect buildings and floors is strange. I'm an owner of WG since 2007 and this trip was one i was looking forward to. It took a few days to find the amenities, was only give a property map upon checkin. The place was well kept and staff friendly. They do offer a great free shuttle service to Walmart and the town center. Tyrone, my shuttle driver was really professional and friendly, thanks.

We stayed at Westgate Park City Resort the first week of October and had a wonderful experience! The room was very nice and comfortable, and the resort amenities were great. We especially enjoyed relaxing at the adult pool and hot tub. The resort’s location was perfect — central to so many things to do in Park City. We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle, which made it easy to get downtown and to other nearby spots.||The fall scenery in Utah was absolutely beautiful, and this area really showcased it. We would highly recommend this resort to anyone visiting Park City!

As an owner for many years, I have consistently experienced exceptional service from the staff, who always strive to make each stay enjoyable and memorable. The service was friendly, the location is beautiful - the rooms are showing their age and need a refresh. Worn out furniture that is visibly ragged in some places, shower fixtures with oxidized rust that barely work (had to call down to the desk to figure out how to turn it on, the gal on the phone said "you have to pull really hard, some people say you'll feel like you're breaking it"), etc. This hotel could be amazing - the bones are there - they just need to invest in a room refresh. Great people working there who were friendly and helpful.

We were pretty disappointed with our stay. For the price, we expected the hotel to be much cleaner and better maintained. The room didn’t feel as fresh or well-kept as it should have been, and overall it just didn’t match the value we paid. The location was fine, but cleanliness is a big deal for us, and unfortunately this fell short. The only great thing about our stay was the shuttle service. We appreciated having this option and both of our drivers were wonderful. However, we won’t be back, the hotel is dated and our room was not great.

Obviously Park city is a great location and this is a nice resort with nice facilities, but the rooms are ridiculously small, especially for the price. The bed fills 80% of the bedroom with just enough room to walk around it. And there's even less room in the living area, kitchen with the hide-a-bed pulled out. Also the units are very dimly lit, low light LEDs. We had to buy some brighter light bulbs during our stay.
