Rayangelo was awesome! Not only was he very professional but he was honest. I was informed that my motherboard needed to be replaced. Rayangelo show me all of the corrosion and even explain to me why and how it would affect my machine. He went out of his way to get the part for me and install it the same day. I would highly recommend him looking at your unit!

Rayangelo is a fabulous technician . I had no hot water. He came troubleshoot my navien system . He figured out unit 3 way mixing valve was bad . He did a warranty claim for me . I have used Yost&Campbell for plumbing and recently to install a new HVAC System. Every time I have called them they have provided excellent customer service and workmanship. Today {Thursday, October 30, 2025} the technician was Mr. Rayangelo Balgobin. Mr. Balgobin explained what he was doing and completed the task. I called Yost and Campbell to have our split air units serviced and a technician by the name of Gavin showed up. After servicing the split air conditioner he showed me that several of the units had gotten some sludge and recommended a deep cleaning. The technician proceeded to do the deep cleaning and kept me informed as to the progress of the process. In addition to providing excellent service, he went above and beyond by taking time to explain and show me all aspects of the job that was being done. It is this type of service that will continue to receive my patronage.

Rayangelo was my technician and he was very professional. He gave me information about my furnace and the best maintenance practices that I was not aware of. He had to go back to the shop to get a part that wasn’t on the truck and said he would be back tomorrow first thing. I feel very safe choosing Y&C for my new furnace and the service they provide. I am on a service plan and didn’t have to pay a penny.
