Staples

Took my 90yo dad to get 3 odd things, (fine point Pilot black v5 ink pen, certain kind of white out, 3/4x3/4 inch labels) so we asked a staff member for help, and he stayed with us for all 3 items. Checkout was fast. They had my points at the ready. All good. Turfland Mall location is great.

We have been using this printer service for many projects and businesses including local middle and high school sports teams for over 10 years. Today, a long dirty blonde/brown hair dude (didnt see his name tag) refused to help us print over a 100 5x7 cards today. When we asked for help with setting up the print, he refused to help and gave snarky remarks. When we restated our issue he suggested we go home and figure out how to do it online. Absolute trash customer service and as we left, he yelled "have an awesome day" with more snark. Is this what staples does to loyal customers? Won't be back.

Went in to complete a vendor job that no longer existed, so I looked around a bit. Their Back-to-School sale is pretty competitive! Randy was awesome as well as the rest of the friendly staff.

thanks to jeff He did an amazing job. was incredibly busy, but took the time to make us feel appreciated as customers and seen. that is so rare in today’s busy world. It was a difficult task and he made it look so easy. You guys sure are lucky to have him as an employee. We were so lucky to get him.

I’ve been here 3 or 4 times since it’s right next to Home Depot, but this is definitely the worst Staples location. They’re consistently understaffed so the employees are cranky and service is always ridiculously slow. The facilities also desperately need a deep clean. It feels very neglected.

I had a great experience at the Staples on Harrodsburg Road in Lexington, Kentucky. Jeff was very knowledgeable and helpful.

Great products and pricing. Updating my review to include amazing staff, I see the same employees consistently, john in printing was very professional and friendly and th e older gentleman in computers was very knowledgeable and helpful with finding my ink.
