Alpine Aire Heating & Cooling

July 2025 heat pump died. Alpine Aire had Nathan out Wednesday to bid replacement. Tuesday the following week they installed new 2.5 ton Carrier variable speed heat pump and new air handler. Installers were polite and respectful. Great job finished in 1 day, on time and very reasonably priced. We're happy with our experience and would like to recommend Alpine Aire to anyone needing HVAC Help. Felix

I had an excellent experience with Alpine!! From start to finish, the service was professional, timely, and courteous. The technician arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and worked efficiently to get my air conditioner running perfectly. They even checked for potential issues to prevent future problems, which I really appreciate. My home is cool and comfortable again! Highly recommend for anyone in need of AC service.

We have used Alpine Aire a handful of times over the years and they have been okay-ish, but this last time was bad enough that it will be the last. They have been out three times this go round - twice in June (where they did do some work but it didn't resolve the issue) and then we called them out again in September because the issue was still intermittently recurring. At the second visit the technician was fairly confident what the cause of the intermittent issue would be and told my husband that he didn't have the part but he would order it So we were confused when they showed up for the third visit and didn't have the part, but they charged us for the visit ($238) after not really doing anything, so... Yeah. (And each of these times we have to take off work to meet them). So... We'll pay that bill but it's the last time we will ever use them (and honestly the bill is overdue because every time I go to pay it I am so ticked at the poor level of service that they had to call us to collect. Honestly just happy to cause them the inconvenience because they've caused us a lot of it).

I recently had four bids to replace my defunct 23 year-old heat pump. Alpine Aire not only had the lowest price, they had the highest Seer rating amongst all bids with a variable speed air handler. Antonio, Lane and Ivan did a fantastic job on the install and both the inside and outside areas looked cleaner than when they started! Highly recommended!

Alpine Aire really shines. The entire team are wonderful to work with and highly recommend them for all your HVAC needs I started with Cassandra for scheduling and she was great at finding an apt asap to access our AC issue. Frankie was quick to diagnose we had a bigger issue requiring replacing our 20+ year old system. Nathan came right over from sales and recommended a new Carrier system and was able to schedule the replacement within 2 days. Greatly appreciated that even during an exceptional busy week! Then came the install team who worked hard to retrofit the new unit. Professional team of Dan, Ivan, Pablo and Horacio worked tirelessly to get it installed in one day ! Back to a more comfortable temp in our place now thanks Alpine! Thank you !

Alpine Aire has some of the best customer service I have experienced. They were very responsive when it came to follow ups about getting a mini split installed, how much time it would take to install, when they could install it, and the rebates the county provides by getting heat pump. Once the unit was installed, they even took the time to follow up to make sure my wife and I were happy with the service and the new unit they had setup. I will definitely use Alpine Aire in the future based on the experience I had working with them

I had Alpine come out to take a look at the AC unit that was not working correctly at my 90 year old Grandmothers house. Frankie Bastidas arrived right on time, performed great work, was very professional, and communicated what he was doing every step of the way!
