Let me start by saying that Stan, Ian and Dan over at Ashley's have ALWAYS taken care of me and my Tesla family over the past few years! They are the best at what they do and I couldn't recommend a better tire shop here in Lexington! I highly recommend shopping and supporting this local business and recommend them over the big box stores!

I truly can't thank Ashley's Tire and everyone involved for helping me when I needed it the most. Let me preface: my husband is currently away serving in the military and usually takes care of my car needs. I was an hour and a half away from home, heading to a doctor's appointment alone, and my tire, in my own words, died. I went to the closest shop to me, and luckily it was Ashley's. As soon as I walked in (in tears, nearing a panic attack), the man at the front helped me calm down, and I could immediately tell he genuinely cared. Not only did he save me hundreds, but he also called my local auto shop and helped me order tires and schedule an appointment. He thanked my husband for his service and even voiced that military spouses endure a lot of stress as well, which deserves recognition. He explained that this is a family-owned business, and he wants to keep the legacy of "being kind and helping others when they can." I will never forget this experience and encounter. As a woman, it can be extremely intimidating walking into an auto shop alone when you have no idea what's wrong with your car. Another local tire place completely screwed up my wheels mounting my new tires. I thought they were a goner. Sent me to Ashley Wheel & Tire to have them fixed and I'm shocked at how well they turned out after refinishing. Looks better than new! Ian was a great help too. Thanks Ian!
