My appointment was scheduled for 10am, I showed up at 08:22 checked in and was given a dock immediately. Was loaded by 09:56, walked to Shipping office and paperwork done back on the road by 10:00 . Plenty of room to back into dock. No complaints here buddy‼️

Entrance at Guard Gate is narrow and congested. Guard was friendly and helpful. Leaving the gate to head to Docks was narrow and congested. I was assigned a dock (113) at 6400. Right in front of a fire hydrant and curb that stuck out. Doable, just a little tight to maneuver. Once in, checked in with office, they were polite, however seemed annoyed. Requested that I shut down truck or if I wanted to idle for heat, disconnect and stay in front of trailer. They began loading me within 15 minutes. 7 HOURS LATER, they finished. It was ridiculous. No communication, no explanation, just wait for paperwork to be brought out. Was there in total, just shy of 8 hours.
