Michelle is terrific! I had a problem with some wiper blades I bought at this store. The wiper broke and caused a deep scratch in my windshield. Michelle replaced the wiper for free and filed a claim for me to get my windshield replaced. Fantastic!

Frankly the worst service I have ever received. Bought TWO bad batteries at this store. Had to have my car towed to a mechanic because it wouldn’t even unlock the doors the battery was so dead and the car wouldn’t jump (AAA tried). The man at the store was incredibly rude to me, spoke down to me as if I were incapable of understanding the complexities of batteries. Had to have the mechanic explain on the phone why it was showing "good" but when the car cranked up, the voltage dropped from 12.6 to 4.6 and that was the problem. He then scoffed at me and told me only the store GM could do a return on a battery. So I came back the next day at 7:45 am when she was there, but she then refused to return the battery staying store policy and couldn’t understand why I didn’t come back to have it replaced, as if I didn’t have to tow the car to solve the problem. I can’t just tow it to advance and hope that it’s the battery, I had to have a mechanic look at it and buy a battery from them so I could drive it. Now I have a battery that I can’t do anything with and I’m out several hundred dollars. When I explained that the employees told me that I could return it, she basically told me that that’s a bummer but refused to correct her employees mistakes. 0/10 will never shop here again. This wasted a week of my time, I didn’t have a workable vehicle for 4 days, AND I’m out hundreds of dollars. Rude employees and useless management unwilling to correct their mistakes, with obvious lack of training/knowledge on any employees part and no accountability. Multiple bad batteries back to back. A scam.

Do not know their parts and inventory. Had to argue with guy about a part showing in stock on website. He was like we do not have that ,what is it anyways. I know I'm a woman but dang you do not know what a fuse is to a car headlight!? My friend had to show him on his phone that it was in-store. That I knew what I was talking about. I was going to buy somethings for the car but he cost them that sale. I had to have a fuse so I could have headlights. Of course woman in a man's world. He told him I'm in here all the time that's why I bought her here. You need to do the job and not treat people differently.

Had a horrible experience. Just tried to return a $20 lightning cord and due to a mistake on the cashier’s end they would not return it even with the receipt and one day after the purchase. They would not listen or try to help me. Both the manager and the employee were rude and dismissive. They think they can steamroll me just because I am a woman. Honestly it’s disappointing how difficult it is to find decent guest service these days. But I definitely won’t be coming back here.

The part the computer said was right didn't work although it tested positive and worked properly, but the associate, Chuck, went outside the box and got me a starter for the next year model and it worked perfectly!!! Thanks to Chuck and advance for standing behind their part's and customers!!! This situation is exactly why I won't use any other parts store but advance!!! You guys are the bomb, thanks so much for being a great customer service based company you are!!! I don't go anywhere but advance! Whether I'm at home or state's away advance always takes care of me!!!! I would never go anywhere else!!!!!!
