I’m glad to join the many satisfied customers of Akino. Andrew Fleming was excellent—he clearly explained the issue, showed photos of the damage, and was both knowledgeable and kind. Jessica Davis was so nice and attentive throughout the process. And of course, Andrea—"Mighty Andrea"—was amazing, managing to schedule the repair despite setbacks from other companies. I truly hope that with such outstanding team members and customer-focused service, Akino will continue to grow with consistency, excellence, and genuine care. God Bless.

Prompt and professional service. The technician was on time and was knowledgeable and friendly. The cleaning service was outstanding and my panels look new again! I highly recommend Akino Solar. 10 out of 10!

Technician was very nice and informative. The system worked better for about 24 hrs, but now is working worse! Since this review they have scheduled 2 appointments and not showed up for either and now texting attempting to change scope of work- they were coordinated through Generac. If you are considering solar power- you may want to take Generac off your list?

Excellent customer service! After being swindled by Pink Energy, I've had so many recurring problems with my system. Yet again, I had a fuse blow, and Generac sent Akino out to service my system. The man who came out was kind, intelligent, and patient. He explained what was wrong and how he was going to repair the system. Everything is up and running again and I'm very happy

We a terrible time getting a tec out here. After many messages, some going in answered, we finally got someone out here who was very nice and knowledgeable. But then we were having a broblem with our Generac which will be looked after by them. All in all it has been very frustrating.

Just had a guy show up because he said I made an appointment and I did not! But he completely fixed my system that like five people has already been here to fix and now it is fixed and producing and storing the power in the battery and that it has never done at all!!! So for that I will only call Akino Solar
