Went in just to get my check engine light looked at and Stacy and Christian were both very friendly and helpful. They printed off the results and explained to me what it means and possible fixes and places to go. Great customer service!

I am SO thankful for this Autozone. I have come here often, and all the people are helpful and professional. My car was dead this morning, and my son re-charged it, but suggested I take it to Autozone to have it checked, thinking it's just gone bad. I've had my Toyota Camry for 12 years now, and I do not believe I have ever changed it! Thank you, Jason - you did such a great job. He checked my battery and the meter confirmed it was bad. He installed my battery in about 15 minutes. The whole time, he was polite and professional. I appreciated his help.

I went in this morning, knowing nothing about cars, but knowing that my car wouldn’t start without being jumped, so I probably need a new battery. Ted took his time to test my battery, explain what was wrong with it, and then help me pick the best battery to replace it. I’m always worried as a female going into these places not knowing anything about cars because usually they try to upsell me or use my lack of knowledge about cars to sell me things I don’t need. The men at this store made me feel so comfortable and they were so kind and helpful. I will be going to the store from now on whenever I need something pertaining to my car.

Thank you to the guy who spent a terrible amount of time changing out my battery!! There was a piece covering up the battery he had to take off and then put back on and it was cold and windy and he didnt seem bothered at all. He deserves a raise, stat.

Knoxville College Homecoming in town to change a headlight!!!

Visibility of the store is not terrific because I've passed that road several times and never saw it. However, today I decided to get two airfilters for my car so I Googled. Now I know where it is. The gentleman who helped me was very friendly with a great sense of humor, which I appreciate. I told him my son was going to install them but he wanted to check out the issue I was having with the front filter box. He ended up installing both filters for me with little hassle. I was so happy to have this done for me. Thank you, thank you for such great customer support.
