Hailey puts customers first. It was evident in my experience at boost mobile on Kingston Pike, Knoxville. She handled the customers prior, and my service with POISE! She was articulate, and interested, with the questions she asked to solve the issues the customers had with an account. Through engaging with Hailey, it was evident that she cares and represents the company to the best of her abilities while enjoying it! I walked into boost only to purchase a phone case. There were no more in stock. But that’s ok! She referred me to a store nearby that had one, and encouraged me to leave a good review for not only her, but the employees I would meet at the other store! And on the way out not knowing if I were a customer , asked if I had an account, and informed me that I had a cellular discount upgrade! It seemed like it was her task to display excellent service and positivity for the company, fellow associates, but most importantly, herself! In conclusion, Hailey displayed an employee that doesn’t let modern services go by unnoticed; by showing very relaxed and professional, yet, kind, engaging confidence and enthusiastic customer service that reflects not only on her occupation, but also neighboring stores and the boost company as a whole! ❤️

Haley was the most knowledgeable rep I’ve ever dealt with at Boost Mobile. She gave me a great deal on an iPhone 16e. She offered to do multiple things that other reps have never offered before. I felt that she was very honest about knowledgeable about the differences between the phones. Best customer service I’ve received in years.

Kudos to Ben at this store! I had a complicated issue that rendered my phone to being non-functional, and I needed a new device. But unusual circumstances made switching things a lot more challenging than a routine switch. Ben was both patient and persistent in helping resolve the problems and setting me up with a new phone.

Went in simply asking what deals there were for potential new customers. They were all bad, so I asked what the deal was with bringing my own phone. The guy would not answer me, and kept insisting that I HAD to get a phone from him that day or it wasn't worth it. I said cool, thanks, not interested, what's the biz with bringing the phone I already have. He insisted my phone likely wouldn't work on their network (I checked after this, my IMEI shows it's valid on Boost's network) so I really should just get a new phone and pay $75/mo for like 3 entire years. Once again explained that I'm quite alright, but he kept circling back to that. I eventually said I didn't have time for the world's worst salesman pitch and excised myself. Absolutely dreading ever having to deal with this company again, considering this store has a man with the vibe of "used car salesman who is really, desperately trying to convince you that stain on the back seat isn't blood" and I've since heard that Boost doesn't employ a single respectable person.

Just was helped by Ms..Haley on Kingston Pike Boost store. She was the best and will definitely make sure your happy, helped and satisfied with your service. She was able to help me with everything with a smile. Can't beat that!! Make sure you asked for her every time.

I had a hard time getting my phone activated. customer support would send me to a boost store, and the boost store would tell me I need to activate through the customer service. Finally I decided to come into this location, I explained my issue to the store attendant Bhupen he was exceptional help! He knew exactly how to assist me and get my activation issue resolved 10/10 service from that man

Alex was awesome he went above and beyond for me. Very knowledgeable and great customer service. You need to give him a promotion and hire more people like him. Thanks so much Alex for all your hard work.
