We're not recommend going to this place Don't know what they're talking about call and ordered parts six parts I get there there's only three blames it on the new guy call the new guy ask him where he looked at the parts he says I don't know he just looked it up less than 24 hours ago and can't remember where he looked up the parts

Good people... Bad phone reception if you need to call your mechanic to get details... Prices a little higher than truck pro....way cheaper than Peterbilt or CAT

Not tryna smear but when u order and they can't find it for 20 minutes then when they do it's not right
We buy parts from Fleetpride often. The parts guys know their products and are very informative. The service is fast and accurate, and they normally have the product in house. I reccomend the knoxville store if you are ever in this area!
The staff is friendly and accommodating. If they don't have the product in stock, they'll order it.
