i don’t leave reviews often but frank is the bomb! he took the time to look up youtube videos with us to make sure we had what we needed! was also super friendly! which we didn’t get at other stores today! THANK YOU FRANK!!

I have been going to this store for years. I recently purchased 5 powersteering pumps and all of them were junk with copper shavings in them and it destroyed my rack&pinion. And also not get a core refund or a core back to get another new powersteering pump. If u value ur vehicle stay away from thier powersteering pumps. They are junk.

Great Super fast service! Ordered some oil and maintenance items on line at 5 pm Sunday. The delivery driver was at my door Monday morning at 9 am. The order was completed and correct. Thank you !

I had the best experience at NAPA today! I am a student at UT and live 8 hours from home, so anytime I have car trouble, I have to work through it via phone with my dad and grandad. Today, I went to NAPA to get some help with my car and had four AMAZING people help me! They were so thorough and thoughtful, even though I am just a teenage girl. I am so thankful for businesses like this who truly have their customers' best interest in mind!

Expensive 80% friendly staff They make hoses there... However I recently needed about 8" of 1/4" rubber hose for a power steering pump .. they said the only option was to buy a box of hose 10' long for around $80. I left and went over to Brass and hose.... They gave me a piece free of charge...said it was leftovers

Franks is absolutely a peach and always goes above and beyond to figure out whatever issues I have going on
