I read the other reviews about being brown and I am not brown and I still had poor customer service. I went into this Office Depot specifically to buy a computer right then and there -ready to spend big, cost not a problem. I wanted to purchase a laptop right then and there and I needed help. I needed to be educated and assisted to select one, especially not knowing much about computers, what I am needing; I’m not tech savvy. I walked up and down the aisles, stood out in front of registers, and even went and looked at the furniture in the back all for about 20 minutes, mind you I was one of two other customers in the store. I was never once approached by a single sales associate. Not even a hello. I went to office max in turkey creek, Ryan was amazing, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Go see Ryan.

Recently went to Office Depot on Kingston Pike for Office Supplies. I remember when they first opened the doors at this location, I have been shopping there many times. The before school shopping time and the Tax Free weekend that TN offers, my only advise is to get there early because they run out of things. Been there, was not fun. But besides that time, they keep the store well stocked the rest of the year. They do tend to keep up with Technology changes as well when it comes to computers that they sale. I personally like filling my needs for Writing implements & Office Supplies here. For the most part the Staff is friendly, however the guy that walks around the store wearing his Air Pods, well he is not helpful at all. I asked him a question as he walked right past me, he apparently did not hear me. I followed and asked again but another staffer saw that I was asking for help and helped me, she also apologized to me for her co-workers rude behavior. I did complain about the other person to her. Otherwise, I have not had an extremely bad experience there.

Helpful, I guess.. but very passive aggressive female in the print© section. Didn't even want to ask her name. Needs lessons on customer service. Visited at 2:39pm 10/14

The TSA system allows me to do walk-in, but they say they don’t accept walk-in at this location so they should get with their company that does the TSA pre-checks to make it where they can’t do walk-in.

I came to print 2 papers, If you brown do not come here they refuse to help you out. I asked the guy when I walked in there I need to print a paper he said she will help you I’m going upfront I went to the lady she said you need to drop off today and it will be printed tomorrow because we close in 1 hour. Matter fact it was only me in the all store they were both talking when I walked in. She was so racist I said can I print it myself at the printer station Rudely she said up to you and left.

My fiancee’ placed a printing order for 12 documents totaling 2,100 copies. She needed the order turned around fairly quickly for a presentation. Understandably, the order couldn’t be turned around in the time she needed it to be completed, so went down to the store to see if they could print us a copy of each document. We wanted to use their self print center to print the order ourselves. The store manager at Office Depot 37 in Knoxville, TN said that they were too busy to do that. It was approximately 5:40pm and the store closes at 8. The manager said she was leaving in 30 minutes and the night manager was busy getting ready for closing. I don’t doubt that the two employees had plenty to do while taking care of the 3 total customers in the store and to prepare for store closing nearly two and a half hours later. The lack of want to and effort put forth by those two ladies was really inexcusable and pathetic. We totally understand that it was a large order and it needed to be turned around in a day, but the total lack of customer service caused us to cancel the $800+ order and seek service elsewhere. If I could negative stars or at least zero stars I would because that would at least match the effort by two managers at this store.
