Staples

Ordered and prepaid for product to be shipped to store. I would be out of town when it came in. Went to pick it up, they had returned it to warehouse. Did not hold it for me as I requested. Last time I will do business with them! I told them when I could pick it up and was told no problem. Now I'm told they return it in a certain amount of time.

This Staples Store has vastly improved!! 6 months ago I left a very negative review BUT .. I went back in to buy a computer desk pad and was pleasantly surprised at the great service. I was actually treated like a human being this time... Kudo's to Eric and the long haired kid ... Both of them were excellent examples of customer service and helped me greatly.. Tell them I said so and give them a raise... I deleted my old review and made this one instead... Thanks

Staples is a great office supply store with a large selection of products. The in-house printing is fast and reliable. Overall, prices are reasonable and the rewards program has good benefits.

The person who answered the phone seemed unsure of nearly every detail of the print work I requested, having to put the call on hold or go speak with someone to answer every question, with "I believe so," as the typical response. This didn't inspire confidence.

Disgusted by the behavior of an employee (Kendra)that became aggressive while physically bullying me. While "clocked out" she injected herself in a conversation that quickly escalated with her shouting and slamming her hand on the counter. Finger was shoved in my face repeatedly while she shouted and made a simple conversation escalate to me almost calling the police. She demanded I leave the premise while she was combative and aggressive. Kendra is a bully and abusive towards customers. She played victim while bullying a customer and no other employee responded or intervened with her actions. Clearly because they are all scared of her. I don’t think anyone is looking at the reviews on Staples, but they might be when I get done with this complaint. It’s all on camera Kendra and Staples.

Friendly customer service and very helpful staff made my visit smooth and easy. The store was well-stocked with all the typical products you'd expect from a Staples—everything I needed was right there. A reliable place for office supplies and more!

Easy to return items from Amazon, etc. Associates are friendly & knowledgeable. Store is well organized & clean.
