It was very easy to work with Lindsay, who called me after I was having an issue with the online application. She was super helpful, friendly, informative & professional...and got me set up with a unit very easily.

Easy experience online and in person - checkout was easier and cheaper than any around online. When I went in person to get the gate code set up, we got the best help from Cameron - super nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and even led me to my unit! Definitely would recommend to anyone needing storage space!

This has been a great experience. We tried several places before finding a unit at this location. Cameron was helpful and professional. He explained everything and made sure we had the correct sized unit for our needs. He also made sure we received the best pricing available!

At first I got a great deal on a storage unit but after 6 months my rate more than doubled. I wouldn't mind the increase but not that much. My rate started at 17.00 a month then to 45.00 a month. I wish they would work more with veterans or people on a fixed income.

NO STARS TO THE TWO LADIES THAT GO SITE TO SITE AND WASTE TIME PRETENDING TO BE UPPER MANAGEMENT! CAMERON IS GREAT AND PROFESSIONAL!, the only reason why I didn't make this my first line is I want people to understand not to waste time energy at this facility they start with a low price and triple it by the third month at least. THE UPPER MANAGEMENT SINCERELY DOES THE BAIT AND SWITCH THEY TRIED TO FIND THE KINDEST PERSON THEY CAN TO WORK THE FACILITY TO MAKE THE PUBLIC BELIEVE THAT IT'S A GREAT PLACE BUT IT'S NOT AT ALL; They charge you for insurance when you have your own personal insurance homeowners and renters why in the world would I trust them to ensure anything they can't even get the billing correct they promise you a free month and you have to chase your emails then cut and paste and prove to them what the website said they're just a big waste of time and energy we're out here trying to work and live not waiting to and reading emails for storage King frequent price hikes and changes. When I closed my unit I was specific and asking them not to notify me ever again in life but since they have I took the time to give an honest review

They gave me a door that does not work. The part that the lot goes into is very very rusty. I put my belongings in there and I had to leave it unopened for a very long time. Thank goodness nobody touched my stuff. I called customer service. they said they can’t do anything until the office staff gets in there tomorrow I had a very horrible experience than the door act like he didn’t wanna shut. I will never rent here again.

So i bought a unit from them yesterday and I will say, someone had broke into my unit. There was also another unit close to mine who's unit also look like it got broke in to. None of my stuff was stolen but all my clothes and stuff had been rummage through. 0/10
