We've only been using storage pug for 2-3 months and have seen a dramatic change and uptake in rentals as opposed to our previous website host that we were using. Amazing team of people, answers right away and great product. Steven and MaryCate have been wonderful to work with ! Best decision we've made !

We switched to Pug after having our old provider for 10 plus years. There was nothing wrong with the old guys, but these guys have a very modern approach to storage and website building. We only launched a couple of days ago and in our first 3 days online we have 5 online rentals ! We had 6 total in the 30 days previous. I worked with Alex on the sales side and he’s a great guy, went above and beyond to assure me the switch was going to be worth it. On the website development side I worked with Amanda and Chris. They built us a great site and I’m super happy with how it turned out. Great job Pugs ! Update : I wrote this original review about 3-4 years ago and my company was renting as you can see above 5 or so a week. We have 9 facilities and are renting 150-200 a month online with these guys( in the summer ). They are the best switch I’ve ever made. Don’t walk run to them . I still work with Alex.. Tommy is always around for help as well .. and my guy Garry is the best at checking in and letting me know how our websites are performing. All of these guys have been amazing to work with.

I highly recommend Storage Pug for your website needs. They simply are the best. we used to have our website thru another storage specific provider and they done us well for the first several years. But as we grew as a business we needed more. with in the first few months our online rentals went thru the roof. and there reports help us make important decisions. Tommy and his Crew are the greatest. Best of all they still answer the phone.
