Dusty and the crew always help us! Just call or come in with picture or part they'll get it for you or show you and explain anything they can to help you. Don't let the size fool you, it is home town hardware with excellent customer service and KNOWLEDGE. Not just a minimum wage job it's their business and it shows. If they don't have it they'll tell you exactly what you need with some suggestions where you can get it... Thanks Dusty! Stormer's is amazing! I go to Stormers quite often. The employees are great people. I've never had a bad experience there.

I have to say the employees I have encountered have all been so very helpful and nice. I saw a customer show up when they were locking their doors for the day and the employee open back up to help them with what they needed. I would absolutely recommend

Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Prices are great. Highly recommend! Some people just assume that prices are automatically lower on everything at big box stores, but Stormers beats them on MANY things time and time again. Unbelievably lower on deck screw prices.

The best hardware store in town.

We have dealt with Stormers several times since moving to the area a couple months ago. This place has some of the most helpful, knowledgeable people who are kind enough to make casual conversation and give us local info, even when it's not something they're getting paid for. They've also ordered things for us when we needed parts that they didn't have in stock. We love having a locally owned place with a hometown feel - that's hard to find in Knoxville. 10/10 recommend!
