My local bike shop in VT didn’t have the bike I was looking for. Tennessee Valley Bikes had one in stock, so I placed an order online. Right away I got an email and a call from them making sure everything was right and giving me options for tires and pedals. They even assembled and tuned the bike for my weight before they shipped it. After it arrived in the mail (quickly), they went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect for me. Awesome folks and superb customer service, even for a customer 1000 miles away.

Simply fantastic! Took bike in with brake issues. 30mins later and $24 later I was out the door, and that included a beer from the cooler! Keep in mind, this is a shop selling $8k+ bikes. But they treated my little repair like it was just as important. Really great shop.

It was easily one of the best experiences I've ever had at a bike shop. I told them what I needed, and I got exactly what I needed. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and had an answer for every niche question i could come up with. Bike prices are the same as any online bike retailers, if not better. Selection of parts and bikes was very good. They even ordered me a niche handlebar I wanted. I will update on bike service quality, when the time comes, but I doubt it'll be anything less than excellent. The high rating of this shop makes sense.

I am getting older and ready for something more comfortable than the mtn. bike I have been riding for years. I mainly ride greenways and roads now. Our local bike shop closed a couple years ago so I had to head to Knoxville. I started researching shops and all of the ones I saw seemed to cater to hard core road and mountain bike riders. That's definitely not me. I am an overweight dad that is using riding as part of my path back to better health. I was worried that I wouldn't be taken seriously at these places. As I read the reviews for TVB they all seemed to highlight the great customer service they provide. So I decided to give them a shot. I arrived at the shop right at opening and was greeted at the door by Evan. He could not have been more personable and helpful. He asked lots of questions to ensure that the bikes we looked at checked as many of my boxes as possible. Once we found a bike that I liked Evan helped me choose some customizations that perfectly matched the bike to my needs. I could not be happier with the end result. My family and I went for the first ride yesterday with my new bike on the Pigeon Forge Greenway and it was great! If you are in the market for a bike go check these guys out.
