Verizon

We had to get new phones and we knew it would be an issue due to the age of our phones. Luther was wonderful. He took care of our issues, got us switched, and helped others - all while staying so positive and on top of everything. We had two horrible past experiences that kept us from going back the the Turkey Creek store. One was such a bad experience we called after to the let manager know. We were told that that was the flagship store, and basically, we did not have that experience. This is part of why we had not upgraded our phones much earlier. In order to avoid the flagship store I looked up reviews and we are so glad I did. Due to the age of our phones switching was problematic, and took a lot of time, but the entire experience was so much better. This feeling of this store is good and Luther made everything so mellow. Very professional, friendly, and kept us smiling as he went about all he was doing. He is a pro!

Luther was very helpful! He fixed some issues with my bill with professionalism, courtesy and understanding! I will visit Cellular Sales in the future because of this experience

If someone told me what I've gone through, I wouldn't believe it were possible. Unfortunately, I lived it. This is a franchise/reseller location, not owned by Verizon. I cannot stress enough: make the short drive to Turkey Creek where the store is actually owned by Verizon. I went back to try and resolve the problem their rep created and no one seemed to care. I spent countless hours fighting with people on Verizon support and no one could do anything about it. It was only after venting on Facebook that someone suggested going to a store owned by Verizon. They were able to help but it took additional hours to undo what this store did. If you do go here anyway, I hope you don't get "helped" by Noah Bonds.

I had a very good experience working with Travis yesterday! he was wonderful and really helped set everything up it’s was amazing.I don’t know why but Luther just tore a phone case box right open.
