Ever wake up on a crisp winter morning to find that the car wont start, and it barely took a jump? Yea? Well that's what we woke up to unfortunately.... Thankfully I ran into Joshua Caldwell this morning because he was a big help. Most people would probably just think to themselves "it's below 32 degree's I'm not going outside. They can figure it out", but he had no problem swapping out the battery regardless of how cold it was. Josh thanks for the help this morning! My family appreciates it I go to this store pretty much weekly for other supplies and they are always willing to help. Highly recommend this store!

I went in to get a drivers side windshield wiper, there was 2 guys working, an older gentleman and a younger gentleman with a beard, I stood in line for about 10 minutes, they were kind of busy, the older gentleman told the younger guy to take his break, he said he would stay and help with the line, a woman broke the line and got 2 wipers, I asked if they could put mine on, they said NO, they were too busy, so I said ok fine, I will go where someone needs my business, there’s 3 parts stores 5 minutes down the road, the guy walked out with the other woman and put hers on! I was parked right beside her, it only takes about 30 seconds to do it, but I just didn’t know how to do it, I won’t be back! Thanks for the wonderful customer service, that I didn’t get!

Had a very good experience with associate Tony Palafox. He was by himself and there was 5 customers and phone calls on top of my car problems and he handled every single customer with care and also made me want to put this good complement out there. Thank you Tony P.

went with my Wrangler Jeep for a battery. Before i would have a mechanic do it. Lilly and Jess were AWESOME and not only assisted me in making a smart choice but tested my battery for me confirming the diagnosis of a bad battery and then Jess brought it out and changed the battery for me!!!! They were so friendly, helpful and knowledgable that i have decided to look no further, this will be my Auto Parts store in the future. It is store 3609 on Nicholasville rd. larry butler

Car was diagnosed with a bad battery after having trouble starting. Diagnosed and replaced quickly by the manager. Nice guy. Great overall experience!

I went in to make a purchase I was the only customer in the store. I ask for help both guys in there were to busy stocking to help. I’ll never go back

Bought a battery there less than 1 year old couldn't find my receipt didn't want to compensate me anything for it. Told me they would charge it for 3 hours. I'm an automotive expert and the battery is garbage. Will never do business with AutoZone in Lexington on Nicholasville Road or any of the other locations. Stay away from their junkie batteries!
