Had a wonderful experience with Central; Hunter took great care of me and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I was a satisfied customer and that my new Stihl RZ 552 mower was ready for mowing season! You will be glad you did when you go see Hunter at Central Equipment!

Well, looks like another good business has fallen victim to corporate greed and the unending goal to raise profits. The last mower and trimmer I was sold by this place are junk. Trimmer won’t stay running and takes about 15 pulls to start Everytime. The mower was a cheap piece of garbage made in china that central equipment should have never sold in the first place. The push mower broke on me within 2 weeks. I took it back and left it because the return policy is crap. If something is broken and made like crap I don’t want it fixed, I want my money back. The salesman don’t care about anything else but the commission. I won’t be buying anything here anymore. 4 years of continuous business from me as a customer and they do nothing to make the problem right for me. (I’m just glad this happened before I bought me a new zero turn) If you want my 2 cents go to the scag dealer in Georgetown or find a better store.

Jason, the owner/operator went above and beyond to correct a mistake that wasn’t his fault….twice. Exmark had computer glitches causing my order to remain in cyber space. He contacted them and my order shipped the next day. I found I needed another bolt for my lawnmower deck. Gave the number from my deck diagram to parts manager Tim. Apparently the parts diagram online doesn’t match the manufacturers part catalog. Tim to the rescue. I described where the bolt went and he knew just what I needed. Central Equipment is the bomb!

Went to buy a new Stihl chainsaw. After letting the two gentleman finish their conversation about how their weekend was, I asked if I could get one of their Stihl chainsaws. He replied we only do parts I can’t help you with that. You can go to the other side of the store and find a salesman. Sorry that’s not customer service works. I’ll take me business somewhere else.

Had an awesome experience buying my trimmer. Lots of Kubota and stihl product.

Perfect experience over many years. The most recent was outstanding. We had never ending problems with our large John Deere tractor. Then warranty reimbursements to make it worse. When in Central, I mentioned this to the parts counter guys. They're super guys who give a darn. Within 20 minutes, parts told sales, Chad Feagin was on the phone with me. Then 30 minutes later Chad was at our farm. We sorted out the best Kubota tractor for our needs from large hay fields to difficult to access gated paddocks. We felt the M6 141 hit the target. (They had an M7 in stock, but didn't push that one as it's too big for the paddocks) Within 2 days Chad found the M6 and delivered it soon after. On delivery chad had already highlighted the Kubota manual on key items I needed to learn about the M6. Does it get better than this? Nope. So the consistency of their parts department over years, PRE-Sold me on the M6!!. Chad closed the deal!!

This is my third ex mark zero turn I bought my first one in 2006 sold it I bought my next one in 2008. I have used it for 15 years sold it and boat my brand new one I am extremely pleased with this one above all, the others I have owned David my sales person was superior to anybody I have ever dealt with and I will definitely be back and highly recommend. Anybody else that needs any kind of equipment go to Central Equipment.
